For this fee we guarantee the market value of your home, work with the best local agents to sell and protect you from any downside. If your home sells for less we carry the risk.
You keep 75% above our guarantee
You receive 75% of any sales proceeds above our guarantee. Sharing in the upside incentivises us to sell your property for the best possible price instead of just trying to sell as quickly as possible.
Real Estate Agent
2.0% - 3.0%
Most agents charge this amount, plus additional fees for marketing. However, they cannot guarantee you a price or the money upfront, and won't be able to help you get your home ready for sale.
To achieve a great sales result your home needs to be professionally marketed. This is already included in our Sellable service fee.
Real Estate Agent
Typically, real estate agents charge marketing costs in addition to their standard commission.
Any legal costs associated with the sale are already included in the Sellable service fee.
Manages the legal transfer of your title to the incoming buyer.
Cleaning and Repairs
Any repairs we deem necessary to achieve your property's market valuation. This includes fixing anything that is broken, making sure all necessary certificates are in order (e.g. pool certificates) and cleaning your home inside and out.
Repairs & Seller Concessions
Even after you have signed a contract of sale, buyers will often ask for discounts (seller concessions) for anything that is not working or could lead to complications down the road.
We're well incentivised to get the best possible sales outcome for you. This means we improve any areas we think can create value — for example paint, floors, kitchens, or bathrooms — all without any risk to you.
You can always choose to organise home improvements yourself. You would need to pay a Tradesperson upfront, and you carry the full risk of not achieving a better result.
Using beautiful furniture to style your property helps potential buyers to fall in love with your home and helps you to achieve the best possible price.

Only empty properties can be styled for sale, costs will usually depend on the living area as well as the number of bedrooms.
If you would like your guaranteed price upfront, we charge you a one-off fee.

A bridging loan allows you to move straight into your new property, but incurs additional monthly cost until the old property is sold.
We can advance the deposit for your new property, unlocking your home equity before you have even left.
Deposit bonds offer an alternative to cash deposits, but are often disliked by sellers as they can indicate financial difficulty.
